Dr. Rong started Genuine Care Dental because he was not satisfied with the level of patient care he saw while working as an associate in various practices . He believes our patients should feel cared for as an person, not just a set of teeth. So, He lives by the philosophy of CANI (constant and never ending improvement) in his clinical skill excellence, clear communication, hospitality, and customer service. He is so grateful for the relationships he had made with so many of our patients, because our wonderful patients support us to be truly our genuine selves. Our patient appreciate the refreshingly honest and transparent approach to give treatments that makes sense to them as an individual. This can be seen in the heartfelt reviews our patients wrote about our doctors and team online.

My name is Bryan and I have a been a Dental Hygienist for 8 years. When I am not spending time with my beautiful wife and 3 kids, I like to enjoy a quick round of golf but my passion will always be basketball. Fun Fact: Thanks to my son, I have a new interest in Monster Trucks, and thanks to my daughters, I know all the words to the songs in the movie Frozen and Moana.
My name is Kerry and I love being a dental hygienist! People always ask me why I became a hygienist and no it wasn’t just to clean teeth. I wanted to do something where I can meet people and help make someone’s day. Whether it’s making their smile feel a little brighter and healthier, curing some dental phobia, or just having someone to talk to, I am always happy to help. In my spare time I love to travel, and spend time with my family.
One of the clinical dental hygienists named Zhen Shi, is graduated from Dental Hygiene Program set in the School of Dental Medicine, University of Pittsburgh. I entered the dental field in 2018 during my senior year of high school. After completing my externship with the help of Genuine Care Dental, I continued to work as an assistant here and have been working on prerequisites for dental hygiene school. On my free time when I am not studying I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, learning new languages, finding the new trendy spots around the city, listening to music, and taking photos.
I’m Maria. I entered the dental field in 2018 to study at San Jose City College RDA program. We were ranked #1 program in the nation for the best schools to go to for Dental Assisting, who hoo! What caught my attention on getting in the field was not the bad stories you hear about going to the dentist, but the smiles you see afterwards to make someone feel more confident, get them out of pain, and helps them.
